Order - Badge Reader - Exhibitor
Thanks to the Eventmaker KeepTrack application, you will be able to scan, qualify and record the information of the contacts you meet during the trade shows: Solutions / Mobility For Business / Cybersecurity Forum , on October 14 & 15, 2026.
Some important information before ordering
▶ A single price of 149 euros including VAT , for the purchase of an unlimited usage license ,
▶ Only the purchase of a license will allow you to activate your account and receive the data.
▶ Your activation QR code will be sent to you before the event .
▶ No equipment is provided . Each exhibitor must use their own smartphones or tablets.
▶ Online payment by credit card only. No quotes or on-site purchases possible.
▶ Only the designated contact person will be able to retrieve the database, in Excel format, via email.
▶ All orders are firm and final.
Orders placed on site are subject to a surcharge of 40 euros, making a total of 189 euros including VAT.
List of possible actions
▶ Assign a rating to each lead,
▶ Define the contact type (prospect / customer),
▶ Confirm their role (prescriber / decision-maker),
▶ Determine the follow-up to be carried out after the event,
▶ Assign the contact to one of your sales representatives,
▶ Associate your leads with the products/services that interest them.
If needed, you can customize some of these questions from your space and connect your leads with your CRM via Zapper.
Leads can be exported from the app. Data will also be sent automatically after the trade shows.
