Order - Badge reader - Exhibitor
Thanks to the Eventmaker KeepTrack application, you'll be able to scan, qualify and record the information of contacts you meet at the following trade shows: Salons Solutions / Mobility For Business / Forum Cybersec Cloud IA, on October 7 and 8, 2025.
Some important information before ordering
▶ Single price of 149 euros, including VAT, for the purchase of a license for unlimited use,
▶ Only the purchase of a license will enable you to activate your account and receive data,
▶ Your activation QR code, will be sent to you a few days before the event,
▶ No hardware is provided. Each exhibitor will need to use their own smartphones or tablets,
▶ Online payment by credit card only. No quotation possible, nor purchase on site,
▶ Only the referent contact will be able to retrieve on his email, the database, in Excel format,
▶ All orders are firm and final.
On-site order plus 40 euros, i.e. 189 euros incl. VAT.
List of possible actions
▶ Assign a score to each lead,
▶ Define contact type (prospect / customer),
▶ Confirm role (prescriber / decision-maker),
▶ Determine follow-up to be carried out after the event,
▶ Assign the contact to one of your sales representatives,
▶ Associate your leads with the products / services that interest them.
If necessary, you can customize some of these questions from your account and connect your leads to your CRM via Zappier.
Leads can be exported from the app. Data will also be sent automatically after trade shows.
